I have reached my daily goal or even gone a bit under it, which is a great thing too.
In the morning I have trouble getting up, although I have gone to bed early. By this point, I have to force myself awake and to do something in the mornings, since school starts next week, and I can't do this then.
Today I had a nice gym session. I did some arms, back, abs and cardio. That sprint I did in the end of my workout made my body temperature vary the whole day, so I guess it was good that I did it (hopefully it means that my body kept burning calories more effectively rest of the day). In addition, I walk to and from the gym (got to take 10.000 steps everyday).
Since I try to avoid any excess oil in my food, I don't feel that full. Or that is what I think it is. Because I get hungry quite fast, every second hour, when I used to get hungry about every four hours when I wasn't really counting calories and macros. I'll add some healthy fats in my breakfast, snack and lunch, so maybe that will do it (I won't be adding much and not especially after lunch any).
Also I feel often that I haven't pushed myself that hard or didn't reach my full potential at the gym. I feel great afterwards, but then I start to think that I should've done more, I'm too lazy and never go outside my comfort zone. Maybe that is true, maybe not.
Other than that, I've been enjoying my workouts and eating well, and for the first time I have a firm belief in that I can make it. I can really have the kind of body that is my dream by summer.
